Hi! I'm Jerusalem-based photographer Nili Auerbach,
and here's what I want most for you:
A photography experience you enjoy from beginning to end - one that feels less like being photographed and more like having fun with the people you're with. Because 25 years behind the camera have taught me that's exactly where the photographs you’ll fall in love with come from. I don't just want you to love your photographs. I want you to love them because you loved the experience of creating them. I want you to feel comfortable from the moment we meet - relaxed enough to forget about the camera, laugh, connect, and enjoy the people you're with. I want you to leave saying, "We had such a great time!" I want your kids to ask when they get to do it again. Because those are the moments that become the photographs you'll love. And they don't happen by accident. That's what my work with you is all about.
How I Got Here
My journey into photography started back in high school, when I became completely captivated by the power of an image to express real emotion and tell a story. From experimenting with black and white in the darkroom to exploring color, light, and composition, I was hooked. That passion only grew stronger, eventually leading me to pursue photography as my undergraduate degree and earn a BA in Photography.
Over the years, I've developed a style that's natural, vibrant, full of life, and carefully crafted, with a strong focus on beautifully edited, high-quality imagery. My background in darkroom work and hands-on printing deeply shaped my eye, and it continues to influence the way I photograph and edit today, with careful attention to color, light, and detail.
